About National Teachers Union, Keralam
Representing Government and Aided educators across Keralam with principled trade unionism and academic leadership.
Rooted in Values, Committed to the Teacher Community
National Teachers Union, Keralam was established with a profound commitment to restoring the dignity, honor, and welfare of educators. In traditional Indian thought, the teacher is the architect of the nation (Rashtra Nirmata). NTU Keralam upholds this noble view, asserting that true educational progress cannot be achieved without respecting and supporting the teachers who stand at its heart.
Unlike conventional unions driven by partisan conflicts, NTU Keralam functions on constructive, value-based trade unionism. We believe in resolving teachers' legitimate grievances through disciplined representation, informed dialogue, and unwavering legal and organizational backing.
Whether safeguarding the rights of Aided school teachers, addressing pay revision anomalies, or championing student academic development, NTU Keralam stands as a beacon of unity and principled leadership.
